Section 31-6. Access to information in registers

Employees who are listed in registers regulated under this chapter shall be informed about and have access to the information that concerns them personally.
Information in the register that is not of a personal nature shall be made known to the employees.
The register shall be available to safety and health personnel, safety representatives, members of working environment committees and others who have special duties relating to safeguarding health and safety in the workplace, and the Labour Inspection Authority.
