Section 7-4. Relocation of employees where there is a risk of reproductive harm

The employer shall ensure that pregnant and breastfeeding employees are relocated to other work if exposure in the working environment entails a risk of reproductive harm to the child.
If necessary and feasible in practice, the employer shall ensure that relocation to other work is also offered to men and non-pregnant women of reproductive age.
Insofar as it is technically feasible, the employer shall take steps to facilitate that relocated employees can return to their regular work as soon as possible without being exposed to any risk of reproductive harm. Such adaptation of the workplace and working environment may involve the implementation of new protection and safety measures; see Section 7-3.
Where relocation in accordance with the first to third paragraphs above is not possible, the employer shall document this in writing.
