Section 1-5. Exemption

The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the The Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority and the Civil Aviation Authority of Norway may grant exemption from the regulations in their respective areas if warranted on special grounds, if it is justified from a safety and health perspective and not in breach of the EEA Agreement.
