Section 27-4. Notification obligation

The employer shall notify the Labour Inspection Authority as soon as possible of any serious hazardous situations that arise in the workplace. The employer shall confirm such notification in writing within a reasonable period, and the safety representative shall be issued with a copy of the confirmation.
