Section 30-4. Instructions and information about avalanche risks

Employees who enter areas where there is an avalanche risk shall be instructed about the risks using posted notices or in another expedient manner, and they shall be obliged to comply with the safety instructions that are issued. All access roads where there is an avalanche risk shall be clearly marked.
