If a private tertiary vocational college violates the provisions stipulated in or pursuant to this Act, the Ministry may impose a violation fine on the college. A violation fine may be imposed on an enterprise even though no individual person is guilty of wrongdoing.The size of the violation fine will be determined for each case. A final decision to impose a violation fine is enforceable by execution.The Ministry may issue regulations concerning violation fines, inter alia with regard to their issuance, the size of the fine set, due date, appeal of a decision concerning a violation fine and reduction.
